1. Who we are
virtualofficespaceindia.com is operated by STAGE-X, a sole proprietorship, undefined, Bengaluru undefined (“we”, “us”). “Virtual Office Space India” is a trade name of STAGE-X. By using this website or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide business addresses, mail handling and documentation support (rent agreement, owner NOC and utility bill, depending on the plan) through workspaces we have arrangements with. We do not provide physical office space unless your plan says so. We are not a law or CA firm and do not give legal or tax advice.
2a. Our role
STAGE-X sells virtual office plans and is responsible to you for the service. The address and premises belong to our partner workspace, which issues the rent/service agreement and NOC. We do not file government applications on your behalf.
3. KYC and eligibility
You must complete KYC as described on our Client KYC & Documents page. We may refuse service to any business that is illegal, prohibited or gives false information.
4. Plans and payment
Plans and prices are shown in Indian Rupees on our Pricing page. All plans are annual plans paid upfront for 12 months. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner through UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not store card or bank details. You receive an invoice by email for every payment.
5. Use of the address
You may use the address only for the purposes included in your plan and only for your own lawful business. You must not use it for illegal activity, sublet it, give it to anyone else, or claim it as your physical place of work beyond what your plan allows. Misuse ends the service without refund.
6. Registrations and approvals
GST and company registration decisions are made by the respective government authorities. We cannot guarantee third-party approval. If an application is rejected because of a problem with the documents we provided, we will fix and reissue them at no cost.
7. Mail handling
We receive mail and courier at the address and notify you as per your plan. We are not responsible for items that are perishable, illegal or not collected within 30 days.
8. Renewal and ending the service
Plans do not renew automatically unless you set up auto-pay. When a plan ends and is not renewed, you must stop using the address and update or surrender any registration that uses it within 30 days. We may inform the authorities that the address is no longer valid for you.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, including delays or rejections by authorities.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your payment applies to that plan period.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
