Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident when ordering a virtual office plan. Below is our transparent refund and cancellation policy for all annual subscription plans.
1. Before documents are issued
If you cancel before we issue your address documents (or if your KYC is not approved), you get a full refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
2. After documents are issued
Once address documents (rent/service agreement, owner NOC, utility bill) have been issued, cancellation and refunds follow our annual plan terms below.
3. Annual plans
You can cancel an annual plan at any time. If documents have not been issued, you get a full refund. After documents are issued, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis, minus a ₹1,500 documentation charge.
Example: Business Address plan ₹8,999/year, cancelled after 3 months → 9 unused months = ₹6,749, minus ₹1,500 = ₹5,249 refunded.
4. Renewal
Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you by email 15 days before your plan ends.
5. Rejection by authorities
If a GST or company registration is rejected because of a mistake in documents we provided, we correct and reissue them free of charge. If we cannot fix it within 15 days, we refund the fee for that plan period in full.
6. Misuse
No refund is given if service is terminated because of false KYC documents or fraudulent misuse of the commercial address.
7. Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice, or money is deducted but an order fails, the duplicate deduction will be verified and refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
8. Contact & Refunds
To request a cancellation or refund, email connect@virtualofficespaceindia.com with your order or invoice ID. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method.
