Service Delivery Policy

We sell address and documentation services. We do not ship physical products.

1. Step by step

1. You choose a plan and city and complete payment.
2. You submit KYC documents (see Client KYC & Documents).
3. We verify KYC, usually within 1 working day.
4. We issue your plan documents within 24–48 working hours of KYC approval.

2. What you receive

• Address confirmation letter (all plans)
• Owner NOC (Business Address plan and above)
• 11-month rent or service agreement and a recent utility bill (Single Hub Standalone, Business Address Plus, Registered Office and Prime plans)

Documents are sent as PDFs by email. Stamped originals, where needed, are couriered to your Indian address within 5–7 working days.

3. Mail handling

Mail and courier received at your address are logged and you are informed by email or WhatsApp within 1 working day. Scanning or forwarding is done as per your plan.

4. Delays

If we cannot issue documents on time, we inform you by email with a new date. If you no longer want the service, you can cancel under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
